Day 7/60: Relax!

It’s easy to end up so stressed that you feel you can’t take a moment to relax.

But whenever you feel you can’t afford a moment to relax or do something for yourself, that’s when you really need to!

You don’t need to do anything big. Sometimes it’s enough to just take 10 minutes and sit under a tree, or close your eyes for a minute and feel your breath.

  1. I practice yoga/meditation and I go to the nature for a walk whenever I can. It is very useful and necessary for all of us in this path to spend time with ourselves doing nothing. Thanks for the reminder.
