In order for you to make purchases on this site, we need to gather, process and store some of your data. This page explains;

It also explains what to do if you want to access the data we hold or to have your data deleted.
We only gather data necessary for the functioning of the site, delivery of content and services or for billing.
What personal data we collect and what we do with it
When you register as a member or purchase a course, we require your name, address and email, as well as payment information.
Your basic account information will be accessible by the site administrator, your payment information and password will not.
We use Stripe and PayPal to handle encrypted payment information and process payments. We do not store your card details on this site and cannot access them. For details of how Stripe protects your data, please click here. For details on how PayPal protects your data, please click here.
You will also be asked to create a password to log in. This is encrypted and stored in our database. We cannot view your password or tell you what it is because of the way it is encrypted.
We strongly recommend that you use a strong unique password for every website you use. If you use the same password for every site, then it’s very easy for someone with malicious intent to access everything!
The email newsletter
We will send you email notifications related to your account (for example, successful payment notifications). If you would also like to receive our email newsletter with details of new content and upcoming events, you will need to opt into this.
Our email list is stored with ConvertKit, an email list management platform. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time, but you will still receive account notifications as long as you remain a member.
Login data and IP addresses
We may record your login activity and IP address when you log in to the site.
Third party data processing
Each of the following services may require additional data from you, but only when you voluntarily enter that data
Acuity Scheduling (for booking one-to-one sessions and some group classes)
Ticket Tailor (for registering for paid events)
BigMarker (for broadcasting live events)
We also use Zapier to securely synchronise data across platforms. For example, if you buy a ticket for an event on Ticket Tailor, your name and email may be automatically added to the event registration list on BigMarker.
Also, notifications including some personal data (name and email) are sent to the administrator’s email address (Gmail), so so that data will be stored on Google’s servers.
We use Vimeo to host recorded videos. Some tracking data may be shared with Vimeo for the purpose of delivering the content and measuring engagement. No account information is shared with Vimeo.
Accessing or deleting your data
If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
If you close your account, we will retain your data in case you want to rejoin at a later date. The retained data will not be used for any other purpose. You may request for the data to be deleted.
