Reverse Resolutions For The New Year: What Do You Not Want to Change?

This year, instead of making a resolution to change something, try thinking about what you don't want to change.Instead of focusing on your frustrations, take some time to think about and appreciate the good things.Of course you'll want to achieve things in the next year, and it it's good to have ambitions, but try to see it as building on what you already have rather than making the change the foundation of your happiness.
