Working from home, part 1

  1. Make sure you have a solid routine
  2. Avoid compulsively checking the news or facebook (I use cold turkey to block certain sites at set times)
  3. Stay connected, but call people rather than just using Facebook.
  4. Exercise! Yoga is a good one as it doesn't take much space and it's great for loosening the body if you've been sitting for too long). There are plenty of guided yoga videos on YouTube
